Xytron are pleased to offer a completely free collection service for your failed hard drive and disk media.

This service will help you as all you will need to do is download our shipping form and place that inside a suitable box, Xytron will then arrange for our specialist courier services to collect the consignment, Xytron will handle all of the shipping labels and paperwork!

All you need to do is call 0800 881 8900 to arrange the collection, we do the rest.

Upon collection and safe and secure delivery to our labs, a safe custody email will be sent to you, the media will then go to our labs for the free diagnosis.

* Collection of hard drive and disks only, if client decides not to proceed with recovery or wishes to have media returned a £20 fee applies.
