Our Data Recovery Guarantee to All Clients
You “The Client” will not be charged an evaluation or diagnosis fee (labour) in the unlikely event that your data is unrecoverable. Parts may be required to attempt data recovery this cost will be supplied to the client prior to recovery. Recovered data will be held on our secure server for 7 days following a successful recovery then erased to DOD-52203. No data recovery fee will be charged until you have agreed with recovered data.
In some instances parts may be required and paid for by the client, this cost will be explained to the client before purchase and the client will have the option to decline or accept the costs of any required parts.
