Physically damaged laptop hard drives will be diagnosed very quickly, thus eliminating any unnecessary stress to the drive, at that point the best course of action will be deployed, and a clone of the laptop data will be created, thus ensuring we work with a copy of the data and not the original media.

Laptop Data Recovery Process
- As soon as we receive the laptop hard drive, a member of the Xytron team will call you to say that the drive has been received. As soon as we have finished our diagnosis, a member of the Xytron team will inform you of the diagnosis report on your laptop drive. Following the diagnosis, an engineer will then supply you with a firm quotation for your approval.
- Data integrity will then be verified at which point we will contact you with our laptop data recovery results.
- Xytron data recovery store an image of your laptop data recovery for seven (7) days to verify that you have all the necessary data from your laptop hard drive.
